The Plaza represents a leap forward for contemporary design in Fredericton, NB. at the time. This 7-storey, 108 unit rental property overlooks the St John River. Killam Properties wanted this building to represent their foray into luxury rental living. From the unit layouts, ceiling heights, natural light and higher quality finishing, this project was a boon for the city of Fredericton.
