The Arbors was born out of a requirement for increased density to an otherwise low density planned community by Brookfield Properties. These 4-storey wood-framed building acted as the entrance point to the rest of the community. The siting took advantage of the generous area to work with and allowed landscaping and the natural elements along the periphery to nestled against this 173 unit complex. Utilizing off-site wood panelization the process dramatically sped up the construction phase. The design took advantage of similar materials and feel to the rest of the planned community while staying relevant to the times.
