Station No 03 was born out of an old firehall parcel in downtown Whitby, On. This 7 Storey, 152 unit building blends elements of traditional with updated finishes and design language. We utilized every square inch of the parcel incorporating the parking above level and surrounded by the living and retail spaces on three sides. The design is by RAW Design and the interior by U31. Acting as the client, I oversaw the design direction and the implementation of all phase of the project. It's presence in Downtown Whitby will ensure a new thriving community. The Town of Whitby has named it "Best New Community" in the Durham Region 2024.
