Dockside represents a waterfront community nestled between the downtown of Whitby and Lake Ontario. Designed by Core Architects, the 5 phase project incorporates a modern style with a livable community on the water. The building design takes advantage of those view with elongated floorplates, allowing for wider suites with more glazing. The project also takes advantage of green technologies such as green roofs and sewage heat recovery. Completed, the development will be able to house over 2000 families.
