50 Ann is a 73 unit infill project in the heart of Downtown Bolton, On. This is a project I worked on as both a designer and client. This iteration of 50 Ann was designed by Onespace Architects and was managed by myself on the client side. The design perfectly blends the contemporary look of today with subtle nods to the older downtown feel and surrounding heritage buildings. A very constrictive site meant we had to make every inch of buildable area count. The suites are designed to maximize functionality and the amenity spaces are meant to open up to the outdoors/community around it.
